Equity Investment Opportunities

Paydyn looks to invest in business opportunities, so we are not just one more consulting company who work for pure fee income, but a group that will co-invest in opportunities alongside the consulting and management required to deliver mutual success.

Investments are made by individual consultants and/or the company, depending on the business proposition and size.

Paydyn management has a successful track record in investment and turnaround situations using equity and loan stock to achieve the desired working capital liquidity projects require.

The normal investment range would be between £100,000 and £1m, but we are capable of bringing further funding resources to cope with investment sizes of up to £20m.

We are not FSA registered and act in our private capacity on such investments.
